Western Region WSNC 2011 Activities

A Sept/Oct show at the Nancy Couick Gallery and Studios in Charlotte invites all Western Region artists to enter this non juried/judged exhibit.

June 1, 18 artists gathered by Biltmore Lake in west Asheville for a day of outdoor painting participating in the ‘Create and Critique’ event. A box lunch was served. Ann Vasilik and Pam Haddock did demonstrations and the day was finished with a ‘gentle’ critique in the afternoon.

The Western Region of WSNC recently held an event at the Governor's Western Residence high above Asheville.

Arts Council of Henderson County sponsored WSNC 2007 exhibition

 

 
Judy Rider, Hickory, NC, was accepted into the National Watercolor Society 90th Open Annual Exhibition held at the NWS headquaters in San Pedro, California.  The show opens October 30 and runs through December 11. The painting is titled, "Breaklfast Room Light".
