The Watercolor Society of North Carolina, Inc. (WSNC) is a non-profit art organization; its purpose is to promote watercolor throughout the state and to elevate the standards of excellence in this medium.

67th Annual Prospectus for 2012 is now Available It's officially that time of the year again.
Planning is underway for the 67th Annual Juried Exhibition to be held in Elizabeth City, North Carolina in October and I am pleased to share some of the preliminary details with you! Can you believe that WSNC will be meeting for the sixty-seventh time? And, each year the show seems to get better. Waverly Artist Group Grand Opening February 24th

Congratulations to David Stickle and Charles Sharpe for earning their signature membership in the AWS this year.

Lew Wallace and Alexis Lavine were award winners in the 2011 North East Watercolor Society International Exhibition. Lew's "Descending Rapids" won the Creative Catalyst Production award and Alexis's "Love at the Taj" won the Jack Richeson and Company award.
